Open court to hear govt plea on SC's CIC ruling

The Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to hear in open court the Union government's plea for reconsideration of its September 13 judgment directing appointment of retired apex court and high court judges as heads of Central Information Commission and State Information Commissions.
