Boycott council polls: Geelani to panchs

A month after asking them to resign, Hurriyat hardliner Syed Ali Shah Geelani has made an appeal to the panchs and sarpanchs of the Valley to boycott the polls for the four legislative council seats of J&K Assembly. The polling for the four seats, from panchayat quota, is scheduled for December 3.
