SP, BSP support UPA, but quote their price

The government may be breathing easy over the FDI issue, thanks to its outside supporters, the Samajwadi Party and the Bahujan Samaj Party, but balancing competing demands of these bitter rivals from Uttar Pradesh won't be easy. An example of this was evident at the all-party meeting convened by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday, on how to debate in Parliament the government's decision to allow foreign retail.
