The Supreme Court Tuesday was expecting to see India's long-awaited pharma policy and the Government's strategy on controlling drug prices. The verdict, covering 348 essential drugs, was to set the tone on whether Indian courts and our executive branch can create the right coalition between "access" and "innovation."
