SP, BSP still bargaining on FDI vote?

The BSP and the SP kept the Government guessing on backing the FDI in multi-brand retail by announcing to take a call inside Parliament on whether or not to go with the Opposition motion. The Lok Sabha will debate the Opposition-sponsored motion on Tuesday and Wednesday and then the focus will shift to Rajya Sabha.
