UPA’s dubious victory

The Congress may croon that the UPA Government which it leads has won a vote in the Lok Sabha in favour of its decision to introduce foreign direct investment in multi-brand retail, but the fact is that this supposed victory is both fake and manipulated. It does not reflect the collective will of the Lower House, either in spirit or in words.
