After weeks of wrangling and disruptions in Parliament, the stand-off between the two caste satraps from Uttar Pradesh, Mulayam Singh Yadav and Mayawati, ended on Thursday with round one clearly going to the feisty Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo.
