BSP demands its pound of flesh

After bailing out the government by voting in its favour in the Rajya Sabha on the sticky issue of FDI in retail last week, the BSP on Monday threatened to take a tough stand if the UPA did not ensure a discussion on the contentious Bill for providing reservation in promotion for SC and ST employees.
