Electoral India is not a level playing field

On May 1, 2004, in a case pertaining to the defacement of public property and putting up of election posters and banners, the Election Commission issued a notice to the All-India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam asking it to show cause why its recognition as a political party should not be withdrawn.
