Ahead of that, Sistema, the Russian Godzilla, banging its head against India’s telecom licensing wall, is trying to set the Presidential Agenda. “Failure to resolve this (Sistema) case could threaten India’s broader diplomatic interests with Russia and standing in the global business community,” the company, claiming an investment here of $3.2 billion, said via a strongly-worded letter sent to the Government.
