Cash transfer: Rahul's assertion sparks row

Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi's assertion that the UPA Government's direct cash transfer (DCT) scheme would ensure the victory of the party in the next two general elections has evoked strong reactions and protests. Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy said, "The family designated heir apparent Rahul Gandhi spilled the beans while addressing 51 DCC presidents.
