66A has no place in free society

The fact that India is a country of contradictions, rather a country that has contradictory beliefs, was brought out last week. While the Rajya Sabha debated the merits or otherwise of the controversial Section 66A of the Information Technology Act, Indian officials in Dubai rejected the idea that Governments should ‘regulate the internet’.
