The Congress appears to be trying to woo YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy with a game plan on Telangana. Union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has convened an all-party meeting on December 28 to discuss the demand for a separate Telangana state amid speculation that the Centre may take a decision on bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh by January end.
