BJP section unhappy over party’s support to Quota Bill

The unease among a section of BJP, over the party's support for the bill on reservation in promotion for SC and ST employees, came out in the open on Tuesday, when senior leader Murli Manohar Joshi warned of a possible 'upper caste-OBC backlash' against the party.
