Modi takes fresh guard

Back in the saddle for a third consecutive term, Mr Narendra Modi has his work cut out. While the Chief Minister of Gujarat took oath on Wednesday, his agenda for development is already in place and functioning, and to that extent he should have little trouble putting in place the mechanisms for a stronger and more inclusive growth of the State.
