Will Delhi rape victim’s death change anything?

In normal circumstances, the very last day of a year is a day to look ahead with joy and high hopes, and to begin extending Happy New Year greetings to the known and the unknown. But on this December 31, every right-thinking Indian must be wondering if such celebration is called for. Two days ago, the 23-year old victim of rape and inhuman torture in a moving bus in Delhi, breathed her last at a hospital in Singapore.
