Meek Congress digests MIM leader’s hate speech

That the communal venom which Hyderabad legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi from the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen has been spewing is a threat to civilised society, goes without saying. But what is surely an equally great threat to the secular and democratic fabric of this country is the stony silence that the the Congress Government in Andhra Pradesh and the party-led UPA regime at the Centre maintained all along in response to the rabble-rousing Legislator’s crass remarks.
