PM’s address to nation a week late, admits CM

NEW DELHI: The Delhi chief minister's office went into damage control on Sunday evening, immediately after CM Sheila Dikshit was seen on national television agreeing with her interviewer that the Prime Minister was one week late in addressing the nation over Nirbhaya's brutal gang rape and that he should have done it earlier.
