Anyone can seek MP, MLA’s ouster

Maverick MPs and MLAs, who switch loyalty taking advantage of the parent party's compulsion to wink at their unethical action, may not be safe any more as the Supreme Court on Thursday removed a major legal hitch in seeking their disqualification under the anti-defection law.
