Policy paralysis mars narrative on Pakistan

Anyone who speaks or writes about Pakistan with certitude and confidence these days is either a brave man or driven by an overstated sense of self. In truth, as events of the past week have made apparent, there is utter confusion amid all varieties of stakeholders as to what to do with Pakistan.
