The Congress’s ongoing brainstorming camp in Jaipur is turning out to be less ‘chintan’ and more ‘promote Rahul Gandhi’ campaign. Party leaders seem to be in a competitive hurry to project him as the prime ministerial candidate for 2014 and hasten the process of his anointment to a more decorative position officially, signifying his position as Number 2 in the Congress after Sonia Gandhi.
