BJP raps Shinde: ‘Saffron is antonym of terrorism’

The Congress on Sunday revived its ‘saffron terror’ cry to set the stage for a bitter battle with the BJP ahead of next year’s general election. Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde’s allegation that the BJP and the RSS operated terror camps invited angry reactions from the main Opposition. Nonetheless, Shinde stood his ground and issued justifications for his remark.
