Manifesto to end caste

In Bhadawn village, a social revolution seems to have been accomplished. Bhadawn falls in Azamgarh district of east Uttar Pradesh. Thanks to the growing mechanisation of farming, landlords are deploying harvesters for the paddy crop as well. Those working on the machines refuse grain as wages. As a result, grain as wages has been replaced by cash.
