India unlikely to get 26/11 culprit

While India has renewed its pressure on the US to extradite 26/11 accused David Coleman Headley to the country, the extradition is highly unlikely to happen. Since a US court sentenced the terrorist to 35 years in jail, India cannot overturn the verdict. The Indian government has sought death for Headley.
