Bhardwaj: No constitutional crisis in Karnataka

Within 24 hours of giving jitters to chief minister Jagadish Shettar by saying he may have to prove his majority, Karnataka governor H R Bhardwaj did a U-turn of sorts. On Saturday, he said there was no constitutional crisis in Karnataka and that he would address the joint session of the legislature on February 4.
