Dalits have bigger problems than Ashis Nandy. Politicians who get elected on the back of dalit votes — and who therefore wasted no breath before kicking up a storm over Nandy's comments about caste and corruption at the Jaipur Literature Festival — would do well to focus on these problems instead.
