Abortive bid to hack Jaitley’s call details

The Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Arun Jaitley, could have been a victim of mischief by an official of the Delhi Police, but timely intervention by senior officials spared the top cops’ blushes. In what, police sources indicated, could be a political conspiracy, an official of the Delhi Police tried to get the call detail records (CDR) of Jaitley by accessing the email ID of a senior officer, who is a competent authority to seek CDR.
