Courts should not try to run the country

The Supreme Court has ruled that operators with cancelled 2G licences should stop services. Ironore mining has been banned in Karnataka and Goa and mining output in the current financial year is forecast to be lower than what it was two years ago. Absent ore exports and additional imports of finished steel products that could well have been made in the country had iron ore been available to steel plants in the south, are adding to the country's current account deficit.
