Bar NGO's entry, Gulbarg residents ask cops

A group of former residents of Ahmedabad's Gulbarg Society, the scene of one of the worst massacres during the 2002 anti-Muslim pogrom, have written to police seeking security and prohibiting NGOs and outsiders from entering the area on the 11th anniversary of the carnage on February 28.
