Intel failure? IM cadre had scouted area

Initial leads emerging after Thursday’s Hyderabad blasts indicate the involvement of terror outfit Indian Mujahideen. In fact, there have been specific inputs that the IM cadre had receed the Dilsukhnagar area pointing to the possibility that security agencies again failed to follow up their leads.
