Panches blame Omar Abdullah govt for not giving them cover

The All Jammu and Kashmir Panchayat Conference (AJKPC) on Monday accused the Omar Abdullah government of deliberately ignoring the pleas of panchs and sarpanchs and denying them security cover to force them to quit their posts.
