Probe details in chopper scam are within India's reach

India can gain access to copies of the documents on the Italian probe into the alleged payment of kickbacks by AgustaWestland to bag the Rs 3,600 crore chopper deal since it is a signatory to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, 2003. This is the belief expressed by Carlo Bennusi, associate professor, criminal and commercial law at Milan University.
