Kashmiri history holds key to problem: Prasad

Senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad on Sunday said an audit into the history of Kashmir and a good governance policy for the future could alone change the future of the Valley. He stressed on the need of reviewing Article 370 of the Constitution that gives special status to the State of Jammu & Kashmir.
