Congress put on notice

Those who have been nursing the fond hope that the Bharatiya Janata Party is ill-prepared to face the coming Lok Sabha election because of ‘internal strife' and a ‘crisis of leadership', should revise their opinion. The party's two-day National Council meeting which concluded on Sunday has sent out a clear message that the BJP is not only prepared but it also has a plan of action (even if that plan is a work in progress) to wrest control from the Congress-led UPA.
