Money stink hits N-stir

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh kicked up a storm in February last year when he hinted at a 'foreign hand' fuelling the anti-nuclear protests in India. In an interview with the prestigious journal Science, the PM blamed NGOs based in the US and Scandinavian countries for stoking the protests to stall the Kudankulam atomic power project in the coastal Tirunelveli district of Tamil Nadu.
