The FM has this new tax on those who make more than Rs1 crore a year. I welcome it. Who would shed a tear for these rich blokes. But the rub lies in the scandalous amount of under declaration. Many of us knew the figure, but in spelling it out before national televison, Mr Chidambaram has let the cat out of the bag.
