Arms rule blunts CRPF morale

The killing of five CRPF jawans, four of whom were unarmed, in a fidayeen attack in Srinagar on Wednesday has reignited the long-standing resentment in the force that only one-third of them are allowed to hold weapons when on duty in the Jammu and Kashmir capital.
