Of course, A Raja must testify on 2G

It is remarkable that the prime accused in the so-called 2G scam, former telecom minister A Raja, is not being allowed to testify before the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) set up to investigate precisely this scam. What is the JPC chairman PC Chacko scared of? That Raja would establish that both the Prime Minister and the thenfinance minister P Chidambaram were fully in the know of the policy that he was implementing while issuing fresh licences?
