SC bars Italian envoy from leaving India without its nod

The Supreme Court on Thursday ordered Italian ambassador Daniele Mancini not to leave India without its permission while seeking his response to the Centre's affidavit accusing Italy of breaching a sovereign undertaking to ensure return of two marines facing trial for murder.
