Pakistan bares its fangs, India must hit back

While the resolutions passed in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha on Friday, condemning Pakistan for its statement on Afzal Guru, are whole-heartedly welcome, they will have no meaning unless the Government follows them up by reconsidering its engagement with Islamabad.
