Salve: Italy envoy can be jailed for false court promise

Harish Salve, the senior lawyer who represented the Italian marines accused of killing two Kerala fishermen, said on Sunday that Italian ambassador Daniele Mancini had breached a solemn undertaking given to the Supreme Court for which he could be sent to jail.
