Nitish Kumar came, spoke — but didn't conquer. This despite the Bihar chief minister's show of strength at his Adhikar rally in Delhi, where Nitish demanded special-category status for Bihar with economic aid for other backward states. Besides development, he also highlighted his state and the larger eastern region as key political players in 2014.
