Yet another UPA disappointment

When the Union Budget 2013-14 came up for discussion in the Rajya Sabha on March 18, Union Minister for Finance P Chidambaram was absent. He was in Chennai on some undisclosed business.  This amply portrays the kind of respect and regard the Congress has for institutions of governance.
