CBI said it would look into PM role in 2G case

The Central Bureau of Investigation told a Delhi court in January that it would "look into" allegations against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the 2G spectrum case. It did so by merging a complaint against the Prime Minister and Dayanidhi Maran with an FRI already lodged in the Aircel-Maxis case.
