Varun's elevation puts focus on youth brigade

The elevation of Varun Gandhi, the youngest office-bearer from UP to become general secretary, and relegation of VinayKatiyar and KalrajMishra to the sidelines by Rajnath Singh, shows that the party's focus has shifted to its youth brigade.
