In the nine years he has been in politics, Rahul Gandhi was not known for answering questions. Hence, it came as a surprise that he agreed to a Q&A session at the end of his opening speech at the CII meet on Thursday. However, he did not answer either of the two questions posed to him — one on poor Centre-state relations and the other on India's water crisis.
