Congress ally NCP comes out in praise of Narendra Modi

The Congress party may harbour a deep dislike for Narendra Modi, but its ally the Nationalist Congress Party, doesn't seem to share its antipathy for the Gujarat chief minister. Not only did NCP spokesperson D P Tripathi praise Modi's speech, he also said that the leader had been unfairly maligned to some extent.
