Omar is only playing with fire

Ten days after Parliament adopted a unanimous resolution on Jammu & Kashmir and reiterated that the State “is and shall always be an integral part of India”, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah contradicted New Delhi’s stand on this issue of great national import. On the floor of the Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Mr Abdullah said that he did not care for what the Indian nation thought about the State. Had such thing happened in any other country, he would surely have been brought to his knees in no time.
