Drought, suicide stalk Pawar-Shinde turf

The constituencies of Union Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar and Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde in western Maharashtra, which have been affected by severe drought, have witnessed at least 11 farmer suicides between 1 April 2012 and 1 April 2013.
