CDR snooping Govt's outsourced plot, says Jaitley

In the last few months I have been closely monitoring a series of news reports which deal with surveillance of my mobile phones. An effort has been made to access my call detail records (CDRs). On two occasions, senior officers of the Delhi Police met me to keep me informed about the progress of the case.
